Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program
We are developing classes for all ages of people. These classes cover the basic rules, positions, and concepts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This class will benefit you in a number of ways:
- Creates and enhances confidence
- Promotes mental and physical coordination
- Teaches self defense and trains those that wish to compete
- Great supplemental training for other sports.
