Matt Terlop | Has been in the fitness world since 1983. He began studying martial arts as a child and continued disciplined study, which culminated in being selected as a member of the elite 1995 United States Kung-Fu Team. Matt has been a local, state, regional, and national champion as well as a top ten internationally ranked competitor.

It is this passion that I want to share with my clients. It is important that my clients know that my philosophy is to care for the whole person, not just the physical self. I love what I do and strive to motivate clients of all ages and fitness levels to do their best, and be their best.

Andrew Clarke | Has been a certified trainer since 2002. He brings over 20 years experience of strength training and has helped his clients consistently achieve the results they are looking for through weight loss as well as weight gain. Andrew motivates his clients through his unique training style.

Michelle Csismatia | A member of, and have been nationally certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and by the National Personal Training Institute. | I have joined the world of figure competition, and have competed twice in the last year! I am adult and child certified in CPR & AED. A certified Spin instructor and I am in charge of Spinning Program at Kings Gym.

Joe Tabb | Personal Fitness Consultant, 10 years: Private one-on-one client fitness consultation including, but not limited to cardiovascular training, weight training (endurance and strength). Program Coordinator, 5 years: Step ( most popular), Kick Boxing, weight training, Spinning, Abs, Boot Camp.

Lamix Brinx Camin | As a personal trainer and psycho therapist, I understand the important connection to mind and body. I have trained with weights for 20 years and have been a counselor for 30 years. I have been a long distance runner. My life's disciplines give me a unique perspective in helping you improve the quality of your like. I look forward to being your partner in transforming your mind, body and spirit.

Personal Training is one of the most effective ways to achieve your fitness goals. Individuals of all fitness levels can benefit from working with a personal trainer, from the beginning exerciser to the experienced athlete.

Kings Gym prides itself on offering the best in every aspect of health and fitness. The personal trainers at Kings Gym have all been professionally training for a minimum of five years to over 20 years. It is a mandatory requirement that all trainers are certified through an accredited personal training organization, (and must maintain continuing education requirements), and be CPR certified.
