Mike Bridge

Mike is a Certified ISSA Fitness and NASM MMA Conditioning Trainer. He operated martial arts schools in Texas and Arizona. He holds a 4th degree black belt in Isshinryu Karate, wore a black sash in Shaolin Kung Fu and studied nine other fighting styles including boxing, Muay Thai boxing, Japanese sword, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and MMA. His lifetime commitment to fitness includes body building, power lifting, tennis, golf, motocross, rock climbing, and many running and triathlon events.

Practiced across the world, kickboxing is a popular fighting style that incorporates strikes with many parts of the human body. You will be taught to use various methods of self-defense while improving your overall fitness level. Classes are also constructed to use kickboxing to build cardiovascular health and overall fitness.

Kick boxers are known for using their hands, feet, elbows, and knees to inflict damage upon opponents/assailants. In this self-defense kickboxing course, you will learn how to effectively strike numerous areas of the body. Instructors will help you develop the ability to throw punches and kicks while moving and remaining balanced. You will also learn how to dodge, defend and counter the offensive attacks of your opponent/assailant.
